St. John's Nursery School seeks to provide a fun, safe, loving and Christian environment where children can learn and grow through exploration. we are concerned with all aspects of each child's development: intellectual, social, emotional and physical. We seek to nurture each child's inborn gifts and abilities as well as give him/her the oppourtunity to experience new ideas. We are aware that each child is unique and we want to encourage each child to believe in themselves.

Our 3 year old program focuses on socialization, separation from the caregiver, fine and gross motor skills, developing their language skills, introduction to basic colors, shapes and concepts, sharing, taking turns, listening, following simple directions, and developing eye-hand coordination through music and stories. A music teacher comes in once a week for 30 minutes to teach songs to the children
